2025-26 Grande Finale Performance - General Information
Every Spring we offer a performance in which our students may show their accomplishments.
THE GRANDE FINALE recital is performed at a local auditorium. Kinderdance classes will have an informal in-Studio performance on a Spring date to be announced. Rhythm & Movement, Adult/Teen Stretch & Strengthen, and Adult/Teen Ballet classes do not participate in a performance.
Please Note, while it is not a requirement to perform in The Grande Finale, we MUST KNOW your intentions no later than December 1st for students in classes purchasing costumes or by December 15th for all ballet students, so instructors can choreograph for each class accordingly. Regrets Only please, given in Writing, or we will assume you are performing.
ALL KINDERDANCE, PRIMARY DANCE 1, 2, 3, AND BALLET STUDENTS (except for Advanced Pointe Class) will wear their Class Uniform as a costume for performance, with a special performance Headpiece for girls or Belt for boys. The Recital Headpiece / Belt charge will be added into February tuition invoices.
STUDENTS IN JAZZ, TAP, LYRICAL, MODERN, CONTEMPORARY, ADVANCED POINTE, PARENT/CHILD RECITAL DANCE;
Costumes are purchased ready-made and a costume deposit of $85 per costume is due by November 10. After costumes have been ordered on December 20, there are NO REFUNDS or CANCELLATIONS. We try to stay within the posted budget, but prices may rise each year. Any costume balances (if costume goes over the deposit amount) must be paid by February 10.
2026 PERFORMANCE DATES for THE GRANDE FINALE:
Dress Rehearsal* Saturday, May 16
Performance* Sunday, May 17
*All performing students are required to be at Dress Rehearsal and their assigned performance.
