Practice Makes Progress
The date is approaching fast and we’re making preparations. Don’t miss out!
Congratulations to all our dancers for an amazing Grande Finale performance! Remember, there are still classes until June 13th. And don't forget to register for summer classes and programs.
The Andover School of Ballet was established over 40 years ago in Andover, MA. Under the directorship of Kristina Liversidge, the studio provides the highest quality dance education available in our area. Classes are offered for all levels, beginner through advanced, and for all ages, from 18 months through adult.
Dance training helps to develop grace, coordination, rhythm, and a strong body, as well as creativity and artistry. Students experience self-confidence and a feeling of accomplishment through dance classes. They also learn to respect others as well as themselves and develop sound work habits. Students begin training in a basic level class based according to age, ability and level of training. As they progress, students will be promoted to a more advanced class level.
Our professional faculty is highly trained and carefully selected for their abilities, knowledge and experience in teaching dance to children and adults. They are dedicated to making sure that our students fully develop their talents and achieve their goals. We are serious about your child’s progress and we focus on each student's individual needs and abilities as they learn and develop their dance skills.
We offer many opportunities to our students during the year, including Dance Workshops, ASB Dance Company for Intermediate through Advanced levels, and our annual Spring performance. Master Classes with invited guest teachers may be offered during the year. Summer Dance Programs for 3 - 12 year- olds are available as well as weekly Summer Dance Classes for Intermediate through Advanced levels.

For air quality, we have purchased Medify medical grade HEPA air filtration units for each studio and the lobby that are rated to completely change the air every 30 minutes and whose filter will remove particles to .1 micron. Zoom class can be arranged if a student is at risk or on quarantine. Learn more about the precautions we are taking for this season to keep our dancers safe.
